Scholarship Coverage

Saudi Arabia offers scholarships to international students for the King Abdulaziz Scholarship Program. It is expected that all the expenses will be covered by the University that has been selected for admission.

• In the form of a monthly bursary
• The Deanship Of Graduate Studies And The Student Will Enter Into A Contract For One Semester Only (A Research Assistant Without Summer Time), With The Option To Extend It Should The Both Have A Desire To Contract For An Additional Semester.

Eligibility criteria  for Undergraduate students

• It is very important for the student to be of good conduct.
• A secondary school graduation certificate or an equivalent document must be obtained from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or from abroad.
• It must not have been more than three years since the student received their secondary school graduation certificate.
• The minimum age for students at the undergraduate level is 17 years old and the maximum age is 25 years old.
• Students must be accompanied by a relative who is within the prohibited degree range and who is a regular resident at the university.
• Students must meet the admission requirements in order to be considered for admission.

Eligibility Requirements for the Masters and PhD students

• Students must not be more than 30 years old for master’s degrees and 35 years old for doctoral degrees
• For students whose final degree classifications were awarded in an estimate, they are required to obtain a recognized qualification in/from their own country with a minimum grade (very good).
• Certificate of English Language Proficiency.
• There is a requirement that the student provides two letters of recommendation from professors who have supervised him/her previously.
• During their studies at one of the Saudi institutions, students cannot have been dismissed from their studies.
• It is mandatory for candidates of the Arabic Language and Literature, Islamic Law and Studies, Sociology, Psychology, and Information Science programs to be proficient in Arabic both verbally and in writing.
