There is a statutory minimum term of the scholarship which is granted for the duration of the student’s chosen program. For the complete duration of one and a half years or two years of the master program (depending on the master chosen), you will be required to pay CHF 1,600 per month from 15 September to 15 July (or 10 months a year), with the exception of cases of definitive failure after the first year.

Financial Coverage

It should be noted that the scholarship will be granted for the minimum statutory period of the educational program chosen by the student.
For the duration of the master’s programme, the tuition fees amount to CHF 1,600 per month.
With the exception of the CHF 80.00 fees to be paid each semester, the students offered a scholarship will not be subjected to the fixed registration fees for the courses.

Eligibility Criteria

Having obtained a degree from a foreign university prior to beginning the master’s program at UNIL is considered equivalent to having completed a bachelor’s degree at that university.
In order to distinguish yourself during your studies, especially by achieving particularly brilliant academic results, you must have demonstrated exceptional ability.
Must have Good English Language Skills.

Selection Criteria

November-December: Applications will be processed by the Social Affairs and Student Mobility Office (SASME) and the Admissions department (SII) of the College
December-January: SASME notifies unsuccessful applicants whose applications are incomplete or have not been accepted by admissions.
Jan-Feb: Applications are sent to faculties, which will determine their eligibility for the chosen master’s degree.
February-March: Candidates whose applications have not been accepted by the faculty are informed.
March: Candidates who will receive master’s scholarships are selected by the master’s scholarship selection board.
Early April: Selection board decisions are announced to candidates.
