Eligibility Requirements for Austria Government Scholarships 2024 For International Students 

If you are interested to apply for the Austria Government Scholarships 2024 For International Students you have to match the following criteria.

• For descendants of forced laborers and people from countries where the Nazi regime recruited forced laborers, students and researchers (all nationalities) who have personally suffered from the Nazi regime.
• No applicant may have studied (research programs) in Austria in the last six months
• Students can apply for this scholarship if they have completed their bachelor’s, diploma, or master’s degrees or if they have written a dissertation.
• You are not eligible to apply if you are taking a summer course, an internship, a language course, or a clinical traineeship
• We will not accept applications received after the deadline,
• Doctoral students must be 40 years old (born on or after September 1, 1982). Others must be 35 years old (born on or after September 1, 1987).

Benefits of Austria government scholarship 2024

Undergraduate and Graduate Degree Programs in Austria are covered by benefits provided by the Austrian Government, which includes:

• It is important to note that scholarships cover the full tuition fee.
• Coverage of healthcare costs
• Scholarship Grants of EUR 1,050 per month are available
• There is no charge for the travel allowance for scholarship holders from countries outside the EU, EFTA or OECD, as long as they fall within the country of origin of the scholarship.
• There will be a scholarship holder who will receive housing from 220 to 470 EUR per month (depending on the level of comfort that the scholarship holder would prefer). There is an administrative fee of EUR 18/month that must be paid to the OeAD housing administration as an administrative fee for the mediation process.
