  • A member country of the ADB must be your nationality.

  • A minimum of two (2) years of full-time professional work experience (acquired following graduation from a university) is required.
  • At the time of application, you cannot be older than 35 years old. A 45-year-old limit applies to programs that are appropriate for senior officials and managers in exceptional cases.
  • Once the program is completed, you must agree to return home.
