Eligibility Criteria
- English proficiency is required.
- Candidates must have experience in building projects of exceptional quality.
- Candidates must demonstrate their academic achievements and community service record.
- Students pursuing a master’s degree must complete a bachelor’s degree first.
- Master’s students must have at least three years of relevant experience before starting the fellowship program.
- Undergraduate and graduate students are not eligible.
- To qualify for the certificate program, candidates must meet all the above requirements, but they must also have five years of experience.
- A plan of action must be provided by the certificate candidates.
- We encourage applicants with disabilities to apply.
- Applicants to this fellowship must have a three-year gap between certificate programs and global grant scholarships.
- Applicants must not be active Rotary members, or employees of Rotary Clubs, Rotary International, or other Rotary entities.
