The SINGA Scholarship Program for International Students was implemented in cooperation with five institutions in an effort to bring together world class researchers to achieve common goals through the scholarship program. In addition to Nanyang Technological University (NTU), there are also the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), the National University of Singapore (NUS), and Singapore Management University (SMU).

Eligibility Criteria for SINGA Scholarship for International Students in Singapore 2023-2024
- Students from all over the world are eligible to apply
- The applicant must be passionate about research
- An applicant with an excellent academic record will be considered for a scholarship
- A foreign student visiting Singapore for the first time is eligible as a Singaporean, but a Singaporean permanent resident is not eligible
- The ability to communicate effectively in English
- Referees are mandatory for academic papers
- Changes may be made to the criteria at any time by A*STAR

Benefits of SINGA 2023-2024 | Singapore International Graduate Award
- Fees for tuition
- After passing the qualifying examination, the monthly stipend will increase to S$2,700
- A one-time grant of up to S$1,500 for airfare
- A one-time settling-in allowance of S$1,000 is provided
