The following are the egibility Criteria for any student wants to apply for the Swinburne Scholarships 2024
- You must be an international student to apply for this scholarship (Australian and New Zealand citizens and permanent residents of Australia are not eligible to apply for this scholarship).
- I will not be holding any other scholarship or reduced fee arrangement from Swinburne University
- Applicants must meet any entry requirements that may be specific to a particular course or scholarship
- It is required that you have a grade point average of at least 60% as equivalent to the Australian Education Standard.

International Excellence Undergraduate Scholarship:
You can get a discount of up to 30 per cent on your tuition for the duration of your course, based on your grade point average. Applicants from China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Macau, Hong Kong, Europe, USA and Canada may qualify for a 10% discount on tuition. Additional criteria may apply.
International Excellence Postgraduate Scholarship:
Depending on your grade point average, you may be eligible to receive up to 30 percent off your tuition. If you are a student from China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Macau, Hong Kong, Europe, the United States or Canada, you may qualify for 10% off tuition.
This Academic Award excludes Master of Physiotherapy, Master of Dietetics, and Master of Occupational Therapy.
George Swinburne Postgraduate STEM Scholarship:
According to your GPA, if you apply for a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) program, you can receive up to 30 percent off your tuition for the duration of your course. ELICOS+ program participants will be automatically considered for this scholarship.
International Excellence Pathway Scholarship:
If you do not meet 60% WAM or GPA Australia Standard or an equivalent qualification, you could receive up to A$2500 and A$4000 off the tuition for your pathway course.

- Take advantage of a discount of between A$2500 and A$4000 on your pathway course
