- It is required that candidates have secured admission to a recognized university for a Master’ degree.
- An excellent academic record is required of applicants with a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- Following the completion of their bachelor’s degree, students must have a minimum of two years of professional work experience.
- To communicate with each other, candidates must be proficient in English.
- Applicants must be under the age of 35 at the time of application, or if they are senior officials and managers of various institutes, they must be under the age of 45.
- Health must be a consideration for candidates.
- After completing their degree programs, applicants must agree to return home
